Repair Policy

After you purchase the items from Holiday Stunners, there will be 1 time repair service for free. The repair only includes when gold chain is broken or resizing the ring, the o ring. If there is any broken part such as spring, lost diamonds etc. 

The customer will be responsible for shipping from both side and repair fee. Please contact us your conditions and we will send you repair menu that we offer. 

*We do not accept any item that was not originated from us and the customer shall be asked to present guarantee card or receipt

**We do not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged items when we repair, please consider well and ask as many questions as possible
